GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Applicants confirm that they are the (co-)authors of the submitted abstract, which is expected to be published in the conference abstract booklet of the Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana, Aškerčeva 2, 1000 Ljubljana, with authorship indicated by full name, institution, and email address. Applicants for PhD bursaries confirm that they have a student status and that they (or their institutions) are members of ESREA.
The University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Arts, Aškerčeva 2, 1000 Ljubljana, will process your personal data for the purposes of communicating the results of the peer-review process and for publication in the conference abstract booklet if your contribution is selected (the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Personal data of applicants for PhD bursaries will also be shared with the Secretary of ESREA, who will verify that applicants (or their institutions) are members of ESREA and check if the applicant has recently received a bursary. The data will be stored for five years after the conclusion of the conference. If you choose not to provide your personal data, you will not be able to register for the conference.
You are hereby informed that you may, at any time, exercise your rights to access your personal data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, and to data portability.
