• The importance of special collections in libraries and the local community.
• Creation, access, use and evaluation of specific physical and digital resources and collections that libraries create for users, e.g.:
• Local history collections,
• Collections of objects (e.g. toys, games, artworks, etc.),
• actual local information,
• repositories and research data archives
• Special collections inventories.
• Collections and services for users with disabilities.
• Pro-activity of the library in planning, implementing and promoting services related to special collections.
