About the Workshop
Following the first edition hosted by Babeș-Bolyai University in 2025, the second edition aims to strengthen the community of doctoral candidates and early-career researchers across The Guild through interdisciplinary dialogue, collaboration and career development.

Who Can Apply?

• Doctoral candidates
• Postdoctoral researchers
• Early-career researchers affiliated with a member university of The Guild

Submission
Applications must be submitted through the Microsoft Forms registration: Workshop on supporting The Guild young researchers’ networks (2nd edition) – Fill out form
Applicants should provide personal information, a research description (max. 300 words), a motivation statement (max. 300 words), and practical information regarding travel, accessibility and dietary requirements.
Application deadline: 31 August 2026
Notification of results: 05 September 2026
The programme is supported by the FSS grant awarded by the Romanian Ministry of Education and Research for Babeș-Bolyai University’s participation in The Guild.
Accommodation and meals will be provided by the organizers. In exceptional situations, Babeș-Bolyai University will try to support travel costs, in the amount possible.
