Registration fee from 18 May to 23 May 2025

Late registration fee for listeners:*          260 Euros

*The fee includes 22% VAT and covers conference material, lunches and coffee breaks, the welcome reception with standing dinner and the costs for renting venues for cultural events. The fee does not cover health insurance, visa, travel or accommodation costs.

GENERAL TERMS
You will receive an invoice based on your completed registration form. By submitting the registration form, you are concluding a distance contract (Article 128 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act) with University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Arts, Aškerčeva cesta 2, 1000 Ljubljana (e-mail: ciff@ff.uni-lj.si). The conference constitutes a leisure service in which the organiser undertakes to fulfil its obligation within a specific time limit, which excludes the consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason for his/her decision (Article 135 (12) of the Consumer Protection Act). 
University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Arts, Aškerčeva cesta 2, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter UL FA) does not recognize any service provider of out-of-court dispute settlement as competent to settle disputes that may be initiated by consumers pursuant to the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act (ZIsRPS). This means that any disputes shall be resolved before the competent court. UL FA is a provider of online services that, pursuant to Article 32, paragraph 4, of ZIsRPS, provides an electronic link to an online dispute resolution platform available here.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Arts, Aškerčeva cesta 2, 1000 Ljubljana, will process your personal data for the purpose of the above-mentioned conference, communication and payment (legal basis is Article 6/1(b) GDPR). Data will be stored for five years after the conference has ended or all obligations have been paid, whereas files on the certificates issued containing first and last name as well as institution shall be stored permanently. If the time limit for the retention of personal data is laid down by law, data will be stored in accordance with such law (e. g. storage of invoices pursuant to the Law on value added tax).  If you do not wish to provide us with your personal data, you will not be able to register for the conference. Some personal data (first and last name and e-mail address) will be passed on to the conference provider. 
Please be informed that any time you can exercise your right of access to your personal data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing and the right to data portability. If you have any questions regarding the protection of your personal data, please contact the Data Protection Officer of the University of Ljubljana at dpo@uni-lj.si. If you feel that your rights are not being exercised properly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (ip-rs.si).
By submitting your registration form, you accept the terms and conditions of participation and you authorise UL FF to process your personal data for the purpose of the conference.
